Service Description

In this online one-on-one session, we dive deep and explore together the patterns, beliefs and fears, that hold you back from experiencing peace and happiness. We will begin by addressing any concerns in your heart, soul, mind and body. I will meet you where you are and we will use an integrative mind-body approach to support you with exactly what you need. This Online Session will: - Uncover the roots of your trauma, triggers, and behaviours - Rewire the unhealthy beliefs that keep you stuck and struggling - Identify and break ancestral limiting beliefs or colelctive unconscious patterns - Access and release stuck emotions keeping you chronically anxious, depressed, stressed and overwhelmed - Heal Your Inner Child through each stage of life, from childhood to adulthood, grieve, and release the pain, connect with your essence and bring back playfulness. - Re-connect to different aspects of yourself that are overburdened, hidden, or fragmented - Heal the Mother and Father Wounds to create openness, and to receive love. - Explore the power of your shadow, integrate and bring self-acceptance to all parts of you. I place great importance in creating a secure healing connection where you feel truly seen, embraced, and encouraged.  REFUNDS: Your session must be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance. Any other cancellations will not be rescheduled.
