What's Included: 1. In-Depth Intake Form: Before we embark on this healing journey, I want to understand you on a profound level. The intake form ensures that our sessions are personalized to address your unique emotional landscape. 2. Preparation Meditation (Recorded): To set the stage for our work together, you'll receive a recorded meditation. This meditation is designed to prepare your mind and spirit, creating a space of safety, openness and receptivity. 3. Five Transformative Sessions (60/75 minutes each): These sessions are the heart of the Deep Healing Journey. Together, we will uncover, heal, and transform your main emotional wounds. Each session is tailored to your needs, providing a safe space for exploration and growth. 4. Reimprinting Meditation Tailored to You: As part of the package, you'll receive a personalized reimprinting meditation. This powerful tool aids in rewiring negative thought patterns, allowing you to embrace a more positive and empowering mindset. 5. Ongoing Support Between Sessions: Healing is a journey, and I am here to support you every step of the way. In between sessions, you'll have access to ongoing support, ensuring that you feel guided and nurtured throughout the process. BOOKING: select the date of the first session only. The others will be planned afterwards directly with Viola (no need to select dates for all 5 sessions right away, just the first one!) REFUNDS: Your session must be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance. Any other cancellations will not be rescheduled. DELIVERY OF SERVICES: All appointments take place online, please wait for a confirmation email with the link for your call. It is your responsibility to make sure you get the right time, according to your time zone. Unless stated differently, all bookings show CET time.
